1. Appointment Policy

We recommend booking appointments in advance through our Fresha booking platform or by contacting us directly. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

• Appointments can be booked online 24/7 via Fresha
• A confirmation will be sent via SMS or email upon booking
• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. We kindly request at least 4 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee for future bookings.

3. Service Pricing

All prices listed are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices may vary based on hair length, density, and additional requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed during consultation.

4. Payment Methods

We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.

5. Health and Safety

Please inform our staff of any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns before receiving services. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe proceeding could cause harm or discomfort.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your service, please inform us within 48 hours. We will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a complimentary touch-up or adjustment.

7. Photography and Social Media

We may occasionally photograph our work for portfolio and social media purposes. We will always ask for your consent before sharing any images that include identifiable features. You have the right to decline.

8. Personal Belongings

Lunar Beauty Lounge is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left on the premises. Please keep valuables with you at all times.
